Information regarding disaggregated results

  • In 2008-09:
The Supplemental Disaggregated State, School System (LEA) and School Performance Data include End-of-Grade (EOG) retests for grades 3-8 for the first time based on State Board of Education action and approval by the U.S. Department of Education. Because of the additional work needed to incorporate retest results throughout the website, the 2008-09 disaggregated reports are still under development at this time. Site completion is anticipated on or before August 30, 2009. When completed, the 2008-09 results will not be comparable to results from previous years because retests were not incorporated in earlier editions of the report.
  • Prior to 2005-06 (including years previous):
Students who took an Algebra I EOC test prior to entering the 9th grade were included in the ABC results for performance composite, however, they were not included in the disaggregation reports.
  • Beginning with the 2005-06 school year:
Students whose scores were included in the ABCs performance composite are included in the disaggregation reports to the fullest extent possible. In certain circumstances, some variables may be missing from students in unique situations that may cause the disaggregated version to not match the "all students" category.
  • Prior to 2004-05:
Students who took a test in the fall test cycle at one school and then transferred to another school, their test scores from the fall of the school year were also included in the new school into which they transferred.
