State of The State Report

The State of the State Report assisted policymakers in gauging the status and progress of student achievement in North Carolina’s schools; it permitted comparison of North Carolina student achievement with that of students throughout the nation, and it apprised the public of the state’s student achievement. It was last published in 2002.
