The RttT proposal for North Carolina included providing support for LEAs and charter schools in the transition to online assessments by
publishing a best practices guide. The guide addresses issues of scheduling, financial planning, and technical requirements in order to move
to online assessment and includes case studies from schools and districts about the specific steps taken to plan for and administer online
EOC tests.
