MISSION :: The DPI Service Desk is dedicated to quickly resolving technical questions. The Service Desk duties include support, development of training materials and delivery of training on the following systems:
- NC WISE
- Student Information Management System (SIMS)
- Budget Utilization and Development (BUD)
- Human Resource Management System (HRMS)
- Career-Technical Education Planning and Performace Management System (PPMS)
- Exceptional Children (EC) Grants
- Child Nutrition
- Disciplinary Data Collection (DDC)
- Dropout
The Service Desk is available from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday - Friday.
