Brief Description: Was Blackbeard really so bad? What became of Virginia Dare? Explore the fascinating history of these and fourteen other North Carolina legends and learn how and why their stories have changed over time.

Log on to the Internet for this distance-learning program geared just for educators and earn continuing education credits (up to forty contact hours), including reading and technology CEUs. Access the workshop anytime during the program dates. You must have access to a computer with an Internet connection to participate in this course. The cost per workshop is $40, $35 for Museum of History Associates members.
