Brief Description: The Teacher Employment and Networking Event (TENE) is an opportunity for licensed teachers to share their resumes with principals and interact with school-based administrators regarding potential employment opportunities for the 2013-14 school year. The event is open to licensed teachers and to new graduates who have completed student teaching.

Elementary candidates should attend the morning session from 8:00-11:00. An afternoon session is scheduled for middle school and high school candidates from 1:00-4:00. K-12 licensed candidates may attend both sessions. Informational sessions will also be conducted to provide attendees with information about the WCPSS application and hiring process, NC licensure, and the Beginning Teacher Support Program.
