Brief Description: Investigate artists' perspectives on the African American experience past and present. Gain strategies for helping your students share their own ideas on the subject and respect those of others through art, writing, and conversation. Earns 0.5 CEU. Registration required.

*Pairs of teachers from the same school representing different subject areas (such as social studies and visual arts) who register together receive a discounted rate of $15 per person.

Cost for the program is $15 members, 20 nonmembers. Price includes lunch
