MIDDLE-HIGH COUNCIL - PREVIOUS
PROJECTS

The Middle/High Council asked district and school-level staff what resources they would need to help them implement the Future-Ready Core and Course credit requirements. The new requirements effect freshmen entering high school for the first time in the 2009-2010 school year. The end result is a Web site that provides reference, documentation and public information materials addressing all aspects of the Future-Ready Core. The site is available at http://www.ncpublicschools.org/gradrequirements/ and includes the following resources:

  • Links to requirements such as The North Carolina Graduation Project and Testing
  • Frequently Asked Questions for Mathematics
  • Parent Checklists
  • Future-Ready Core presentation

Visitors are encouraged to visit the site frequently as information is updated periodically.
