Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC)
The proposed 2013-14 and 2015-16 Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) is available and under a public comment process. Several new indicators were added to the collection and data elements also were removed where appropriate.
The 60-day comment period closed Tuesday, August 20, 2013. LEAs and Schools are encouraged to review the comments made to the US Department of Education during the first window (follow the link below). A second 30-day comment period will open in fall 2013.
Attachments A-1 through A-4 contain the data to be collected. In addition, ED requests that LEAs and other stakeholders respond to the directed questions found in Attachment A-5.
