REQUIREMENTS
If you are having trouble accessing video
Run a test.
RealPlayer (rm)Test
Windows Media (wmv) Test
- If the test doesn't work:
a. For Real Player: check to see if you have the application on your computer. If not, a free version can be downloaded.
b. Check with your system administrator to see if there is a portal open for video.
c. Have your system person check with ITS at 1-800-441-5296 for more technical information.
- If the test does work but you still cannot view the video:
a. Contact the Distance Learning Webmaster at 919-807-3449 or gbatchel@dpi.state.nc.us and indicate which video cannot be viewed.
