2010 DROPOUT PREVENTION GRANTEES FINAL EVALUATION
Recipients of dropout prevention grants awarded under SL 2010-31 are required to submit a final program evaluation to the North Carolina Committee on Dropout Prevention. Program and fiscal evaluation forms (below) are due by July 31, 2012. Email your fiscal and program reports to ncdropoutprevention@dpi.state.nc.us. Place in the subject line: Grant ##### - 2010 Final Evaluation.

Fund Reversions
All grant funds not expended by June 30, 2012, must revert to the state coffers. Send fund reversions to: Cash Management, NC Department of Public Instruction, 6336 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-6336. Place "2010 Dropout Prevention Grant Fund Reversion" on the memo line of your check or money order.
