The Deaf-Blind Program serves as a resource to all service providers including local education agencies, private agencies, and families throughout the state. The Consultant for the Deaf-Blind Program is involved with program planning and the development of quality education for students with deaf-blindness. On-site consultation, home visits, training and related resources are provided by this program.
