Several scholarship programs are available in North Carolina to assist those who wish to enter the teaching field. If you are a teacher seeking information for loan cancellations, the federal government does have some partial and full cancellations and deferments for some of their loan programs, e.g. Stafford loans, Perkins loans, etc. For information on the federal loan cancellations and deferments, please visit the following Federal Student Aid websites:
