An online system administered by McREL houses the tools and processes for the evaluation of teachers and administrators. Each LEA and charter school has a local contact for the evaluation system. This individual may help with training and troubleshooting for the online tool. The Professional Development Leads are another source of support for training on the use of the online system.  For technical issues, please contact McREL directly at customercare@mcrel.org
