SCHOOL PERSONNEL

The School Personnel Support Section provides our stakeholders with timely and accurate information related to employment relations and employee benefits. An essential element of this mission is the training, support and assistance provided to personnel administrators in North Carolina's public schools.

Our primary stakeholders are the personnel administrators and employees of the public schools of our state. However, we collaborate closely with public and private agencies related to education. We work closely with personnel evaluations, federal and state laws pertaining to employment and benefits for public school employees, and staff development for administrative personnel.
