The Consolidated State Performance Report (CSPR) is submitted annually to the U.S. Department of Education to report on multiple No Child Left Behind programs. One purpose of this report is to encourage the integration of State, local, and ESEA (Elementary and Secondary Education Act) programs in planning and service delivery.
