DATE KNOWN ISSUES STATUS REFERENCE TIMELINE
Oct 03, 2013 Nine LEAs/charters reported outages - Asheboro, Brunswick, Research Triangle, Craven, Davidson, Rockingham, Chatham, Chapel-Hill Carrboro; Cleveland and Lincoln (slow). Root cause was server connection overruns because of high volume of PMRs being run. Server parameter changes are being implemented and should address this. Should be back to regular performance after Oct. 5-6 weekend maintenance.
Sep 26, 2013 Three LEAs reported performance slowness. One was related to stuck report. Performance slowness addressed. Update: LEA Implementation Project Managers (IPMs) are the designees to submit tickets directly to Pearson Hosting on server performance issues, therefore tickets should not be submitted to Support Center. All three LEAs operating normally to our knowledge.
Sep 25, 2013 Four LEAs reported intermittent performance problems today. All performance problems were escalated to Pearson. In some cases, unavailability lasted about 10-15 mins. Reminder: Report ALL outage incidents to homebase.incidents@its.dpi.nc.gov. Correction: LEA Implementation Project Managers (IPMs) are the designees to submit tickets directly to Pearson Hosting on server performance issues, therefore tickets should not be submitted to Support Center. All four LEAs up and running.
Sep 19, 2013 Some LEAs have been contacting individuals or divisions in the agency with outage reports. Results in delay in getting to the appropriate individual(s) to address. Report ALL outage incidents to homebase.incidents@its.dpi.nc.gov Correction: LEA Implementation Project Managers (IPMs) are the designees to submit tickets directly to Pearson Hosting on server performance issues, therefore tickets should not be submitted to Support Center.
