Wake County reported no district-wide access to NCEES for most of the week between September 23 - 27. Wake was the only district affected as it is the only one that has its own directory integrated with Pearson's single sign-on solution. |
NCDPI, Pearson and Wake County worked together to resolve the issue by Monday morning September 30 but is still working on root-cause analysis. |
