The Home Base Support Center is ready and eager to help with technical issues or questions regarding any Home Base application. We have recently upgraded to the Remedy on Demand ticketing system. Designated lead customers can now submit and manage requests for support 24/7 using a new web portal. Customers can continue to call the Home Base Support Center by phone during normal business hours.

Each charter school and school district has identified a lead person to help with questions around the key components of Home Base. Some use one person for all components; others have a different contact for each area: PowerSchool, SchoolNet, NC Educator Evaluation System.
