HOW TO APPLY

COMPLETE THE STATE APPLICATION FORM

  • For full consideration an applicant must submit a completed State Application for Employment (PD-107) for each job consideration. Resumes WILL NOT be accepted in lieu of a State Application for Employment (PD-107).

  • A separate state application for employment (PD-107) must be submitted for each individual position sought. Be sure to indicate only one vacancy number in the section "Jobs Applied For", as well as the job title for which you are applying. Any application submitted without the job title and the vacancy number information will not be considered. Applications received with more than one vacancy listed will be considered for only the first vacancy listed on the application.

  • All work experience must be written on the application ("See Resume" or "See Attachment" is not acceptable). You may use additional copies of the continuation page if needed.

  • Review your application for completeness. Only completed applications will be considered. Be sure to sign mailed or faxed applications. Only emailed applications will be accepted with a typed name in the signature field.
