Corrective Action Template Letter
Districts can use this template when communicating to parents of a Title I
School Improvement school that has missed making Adequate Yearly Progress
for four years -- either consecutively or through a holding pattern.

AYP Holding Pattern Template Letter for Corrective Action Schools
This template can be used when a district needs to communicate to parents
that a Title I School Improvement school made Adequate Yearly Progress in
the most recent tested year, but is still in corrective action and must offer
public school choice and supplemental educational services.
