  • Develop a professional development plan for DPI staff in order to expand the repository collections.
  • Work collaboratively with LEAs and PD vendors to expand repository resources.

  • Collaborate regularly with  Advisory group to ensure follow-up professional development is available  for all standards.

  • Develop a plan/survey to collect feedback from 13 LEAs regarding how the new instrument was implemented.
  • Collaborate regularly with the trainers (NCAE, NC TEACHER ACADEMY, RESA) to ensure phase II (2008-2009) and phase III (2009-2010) training increases in effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Professional organizations (NCASA, NCPAPA, PANC), RESAs, and PD organizations to design professional development based on the standards.
