- Partner with Wimba, a web 2.0 company, to ensure that collaborative tools such as podcasts, wikis, pronto, and voice
over assessments are included in all of our courses.
- Develop and implement a coaching and evaluation model in partnership with teachscape
to ensure that teachers are using the web 2.0 tools embedded in
their courses as verified by an online instrument.

The high five design process involves collaborative teams of teachers meeting
face to face and online three times a year. These teacher teams are
comprised of research, content, gui, and development experts. They
align the NCSCOS with the SREB standards for teaching and learning.
They also augment courses with Web 2.0 and 21st Century design elements. |

GUI teams involve contractors to make the environments more in line with current
gaming technologies. Student focus groups support this process with
360 degree feedback as to how they learn best. Improvement cycles flow
back through the high five design process. |

An aligned communications strategy among NCVPS/LEO, iSchool, and NCCCS takes
place on a weekly basis so that accuracies, decisions, and training
are in sync to the LEAs. |

Integrated marketing involves making the process simple for LEA stakeholders

groups mentioned in item three are coordinated via leadership on a
