NC PROFESSIONAL EDUCATOR EVALUATION SYSTEMS

LEAs and Charter Schools may access all training materials for any North Carolina Educator Evaluation System, including the NCEES Online Evaluation System, using the links in the left-hand navigation column. Training and professional development is provided to all districts across the state on the new standards and evaluation instruments for all North Carolina professionals.

The intended purpose of the evaluation instruments is to assess performance in relation to the standards and to serve as a development model for individual growth and development for the practitioner. Please contact the Educator Recruitment and Development Office to inquire about professional development opportunities or questions regarding evaluations.
