CFDC-Eligible Schools Summary Report
The Consolidated Federal Data Collection (CFDC) - Eligible Schools Summary Report (ESSR) system opened on April 7, 2010. In compliance with new federal requirements, the CFDC-ESSR system collects Title I School eligibility and program model information. All LEAs and charter schools, both those that receive Title I funds and those that do not receive Title I funds, must report ESSR data through the CFDC-ESSR system. CFDC-Targeted Assistance Schools
The Consolidated Federal Data Collection (CFDC)- Targeted Assistance Schools (TAS) system opened on May 3, 2010. In compliance with new federal requirements, the CFDC-TAS system collects information on students who are eligible and those who receive services under TAS. All LEAs and charter schools with Title I Schools implementing a TAS program must report TAS data through the CFDC-TAS system. Instructions for CFDC-TAS are located here

CFDC-Supplemental Educational Services and Public School Choice
The Consolidated Federal Data Collection (CFDC)-Supplemental Educational Services and Public School Choice (SES & Choice) system opened on June 7, 2010. In compliance with new federal requirements, the CFDC-SES & Choice system collects information on students who apply for SES and Choice, receive SES services, and transfer to another school under Choice. All LEAs and charter schools with Title I Schools in Improvement must report SES and Choice data through the CFDC-SES & Choice system. Instructions for CFDC-SES & Choice are located here.

CFDC-Homeless
The Consolidated Federal Data Collection (CFDC)-Homeless system opened on August 2, 2010. In compliance with new federal requirements, the CFDC-Homeless system collects information on homeless students and services provided by Local Education Agencies (LEAs). All LEAs and charter schools must report Homeless data through the CFDC-Homeless system, even if there are not homeless children to report. Instructions for CFDC-Homeless system are located here.
