The state of North Carolina now requires our customers to submit purchase orders through the NC E-Procurement electronic purchasing system. If you have not already done so, we encourage you register with NC E-Procurement.

Purchase orders cannot be taken over the phone.
Purchase orders will be invoiced. In addition, the actual cost of shipping plus applicable sales tax will be added to the invoice. Actual shipping costs are based on UPS charges billed to the agency.
Pre-Paid Orders
All other orders must be pre-paid (individuals, private business, non-public schools and colleges, and all out of state orders.) Accepted pre-payment methods are by check, money order, and Visa or MasterCard. When making payment, please add 20% for shipping plus 6.75% sales tax inclusive with your order.
