PUBLIC NOTICES 2011-12 :: NOVEMBER 30, 2011

ARRA CONTRACT ALERT – ZOOMERANG

In accordance with the North Carolina Office of Economic Recovery & Investment policy regarding procurements utilizing American Recovery & Re-Investment Act funding, the Purchasing & Contracts Section of the NC Department of Public Instruction will be posting a "Notice of Intent" to award a purchase order to Markettools for the renewal of our premium subscription. It is imperative that the Department continue to use Zoomerang as an evaluation tool to evaluate the effectiveness of professional development, standards, and grant activities. It is a critical part of the requirements of the EETT TITLE IID grant, which requires evaluation efforts. This relationship has been in place since 2008. A "Notice of Intent" for this award will be posted on the NC Department of Administration, Division of Purchase and Contract's Interactive Purchasing System (IPS) on Wednesday, November 30, 2011.
