In accordance with the North Carolina Office of Economic Recovery & Investment policy regarding contracts utilizing Race to the Top (RttT) funding, the Purchasing & Contracts Section of the NC Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) will be posting a "Notice of Intent" to award a contract to North Carolina State University, The Center for Urban Affairs and Community Services (CUACS). The CUACS has performed work on behalf of the NCDPI for 30 years under an agreement entitled Technical Outreach for Public Schools (TOPS).
