PUBLIC NOTICES 2012-13 :: AUGUST 22, 2012


In accordance with the North Carolina Office of Economic Recovery & Investment policy regarding procurements utilizing Race to the Top funding, the Purchasing & Contracts Section of the NC Department of Public Instruction will be posting a "Notice of Intent" to award a contract to SAS Institute, Inc.  This contractor will provide reports using the Educational Value Added Assessment System (EVAAS) which shows analyses of student achievement data for potential summative and formative use for all LEAs and will provide necessary training/assistance for use of the system at the Local level.  A "Notice of Intent" for this award will be posted on the NC Department of Administration, Division of Purchase and Contract's Interactive Purchasing System (IPS) on Wednesday, August 22, 2012.
