PUBLIC NOTICES 2013-14 :: APRIL 7, 2014


In accordance with the North Carolina Office of Economic Recovery & Investment policy regarding contracts utilizing Race-to-the-Top funding, the Purchasing & Contracts Section of the NC Department of Public Instruction will be posting a "Notice of Intent" to award a contract to R+M, Inc. R+M will build on a previous relationship in the establishment of the Educator Effectiveness approach, and add clarity and comprehension to the model. The Educator Effectiveness initiatives provide leadership, technical assistance, professional development resources and consultative services to all public local education agencies (LEAs) and charter schools with the goal of improving student achievement through organizational development and professional learning.

A "Notice of Intent" for this award will be posted on the NC Department of Administration, Division of Purchase and Contract's Interactive Purchasing System (IPS) on Monday, April 7, 2014.
