Children's Defense Fund
The Children's Defense Fund is committed to "leaving no child behind" and offers many resources to help children.

Communities in Schools of North Carolina
Connects community resources with students and their families at the school site, encouraging young people to stay in school, learn, and graduate from high school prepared to enter the world of work or post-secondary education.

El Pueblo, Inc
El Pueblo is a North Carolina non-profit statewide advocacy and public policy organization dedicated to strengthening the Latino Community. North Carolina Parents as Teachers
