For Mac users if you see the following error message in the installation process "Quick Time Components may be incompatible with Flip4Mac: Popwire WMV-9import &PopwireWMV-9export. Please remove before continuing installation." Please do the following:

1. Go to /Library/Quicktime and remove PopwireWMV-9Export.component and PopwireWMV-9Import.component
2. Start the installation process again
3. Restart your browser
