Emergency Meeting of the North Carolina State Board of Education Via Conference Call Call

State Board of Education to Meet Tuesday, June 24, 2008 Via Conference Call.

Note: In accordance with Governor Easley's Executive Order Number 1, it is the duty of every Board Member to avoid both conflicts of interest and appearances of conflict.

The guiding mission of the North Carolina State Board of Education is that every public school student will graduate from high school, globally competitive for work and postsecondary education and prepared for life in the 21st Century.

This meeting is being held pursuant to N.C.G.S. Section 143-318.12(b)(3).
