Dear LEA Superintendents and Designees,

Please distribute the attached memorandum concerning changes to the NCID System and providing for Single, Statewide User Accounts for LEA Staff. This memo requires some activity at the LEA level. Please share it with your Human Resources director as well as the Superintendent's office and any other staff members who need to be involved.
