Praxis 511 Confidentiality Request

Please pass along the following information to all superintendents, human resources directors and exceptional children directors. Thanks!

Two weeks ago at the request of superintendents and HR directors, we provided a list of teachers impacted by the Praxis 511. The developer of the report inadvertently sent out the whole data sheet that included the scores. Although the report should have only been received by HR Directors and EC Directors, both of whom understand confidentiality, we would appreciate your directing those folks to shred the portion of the document that contains this private information. We have not received any complaints from the field, and only found out today inadvertently that this error had been made. All teachers on the list have passed the tests, but the exact scores should be kept confidential. Thanks for your assistance in helping us correct this mistake.
