Below-State NAEP Participation

Please forward the attached overview, fact sheet and request forms regarding Below-State NAEP participation to all local superintendents. Below-State NAEP provides an opportunity for districts to participate in NAEP 2011. To participate, the request form must be returned by Jan. 15 and the Letter of Intent must be received by Feb. 15.
