Please forward the attached memorandum from NCDPI Chief Academic Officer Rebecca Garland, Deputy Chief Academic Officer Angela Quick and Exceptional Children Division Director Mary Watson regarding corrective actions when an LEA fails to meet 100 percent compliance for Indicators 11 and 12 in the State Performance Plan/Annual Performance Report to all local superintendents.
