REFERRAL AND PLACEMENT
ASSISTANCE IN NC

In North Carolina, the referral and placement assistance we offer boils down to the following:

JOB SWEEPS

We can perform a job sweep, which means going out to the individual school websites and collecting information on openings for which you are at least eligible for hire by the state requirements for lateral entry (see section 1.70)

The information for these openings are then collected into an email that is sent to you. You would then use this as a “lead list” to do the rest of the leg work on your own.

LOCAL AND REGIONAL JOB FAIRS

We can provide information on local and regional job fairs, which for the most part get published and posted as job fairs by the school systems or DPI.
