The registration process is to perform the following tasks:

1. Register Online, OR
   
   
2. Download the most current form from the national Troops to Teachers website.
   • Registration Form (pdf, 203kb)
   • Fill out the printed form by hand
   • Mail it to the national office as indicated on page 9 of the application, copied for convenience:
